Our Story

I’m Matt, a freelancer on a journey. I created “Test My Beta” as a brand name to offer my beta testing services.

Our Expertise

My tester profile is somewhat unique. I combine the strengths of a Brand Manager and an Internet Analyst.

Brand Manager:

I spent nearly four epic years as a Brand Manager in Asia Pacific for HEINEKEN, one of the leading FMCG companies in the world. I handled multi-million-dollar through-the-line marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand repositioning. In the quest for complete geographical freedom, I moved on to a remote lifestyle.

Internet Analyst:

Since early 2019, I’ve been working for AI data agencies, with clients such as Google, Bing, and Amazon. My job is to analyze and report on a variety of content (search results, landing pages, full websites, ads, etc.) to improve their algorithms. I go through hundreds of websites per day and have to put myself in the shoes of the target user with precision.

On the fun side, I travel, surf, camp, and renovate houses.

I speak English fluently, and French is my mother tongue. I could get around testing a website in Portuguese, but I don’t have the level to proofread yet.
